Through energetic and creative methods, she works to uncover and release the blocks that hold people back, empowering them to live with passion, grace, and ease.
A firm believer in the transformative power of energy medicine, Titina guides others in letting go of old stories and limiting patterns to create space for profound personal growth. She has led year-long transformational Medicine Wheel groups, weaving teaching, experiential processes, and ceremony into her work.
