I invite you to join our Sacred Mini Course, a transformative 6-week journey designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self and unlock the dreams that may feel out of reach right now.

What to expect during “Ignite Your Seed of Potential”:

Week 1 - Unlocking Your Soul’s Purpose

Create a Sacred Space – Shift from powerlessness to awareness of yourself as a Creator.

You will consciously step into the journey of your soul’s purpose by identifying and activating the unique gifts within you. You will learn how to connect with the vision for your life that’s been planted inside, gaining confidence in pursuing your dreams and higher calling.

Week 2 - Breaking Through Stubborn or Invisible Blocks

Learn practical energetic techniques to overcome internal and external obstacles that have kept you stuck. This session will guide you to release limiting beliefs, fears, and doubts, in ways that are more graceful, making space for new opportunities and personal growth.

Week 3 - Healing Emotional Wounds

Begin healing old wounds that have blocked your progress, including ancestral and karmic wounds.

Through energy medicine and shamanic journeying, you will clear emotional and energetic scars, making room for a more empowered, whole version of yourself.

Week 4 - Reconnecting to Your Authentic Self

Reconnect with the essence of your core self through guided processes like breathwork and intuitive writing. You will nurture your true identity, break free from external pressures, and learn how to live authentically aligned with your deepest desires.

Week 5 - Nurturing Your Soul’s Seed

Discover how to cultivate and protect the dreams and ideas that come from your soul. This session will focus on supporting the development of your purpose, using ceremony and creative processes to nurture your potential and help it thrive.

Week 6 - Creating Supportive Relationships and Community

Understand the importance of community in your personal growth journey. Learn how to cultivate healthy, supportive relationships that encourage your progress. You’ll also receive and offer encouragement within a like-minded group, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual empowerment.

Format

All classes will be on Zoom. I highly encourage you to attend in person to gain the value of the community, although they will all be recorded and you will receive lifetime access to the content.

Each class will contain a teaching piece, an energetic process and will end in an opportunity for one-on-one lasered coaching in front of the group.

There will be guided practices assigned every week between our meeting times.

You will also have access to a group Telegram conversation thread.

As a member of this class, I am offering a lower-priced one-on-one energy session with me, either in person if you're local, or on Zoom.

This will assist you into an even deeper dive to clear and recalibrate your energy frequency for greater clarity and success.
